We’re kicking off our first Sunday Supper Club dinner of the year with beads, butter, smoke, and a whole lot of Louisiana soul. Join us at Coopersville Brewing Company for a one-night-only Mardi Gras feast that brings New Orleans flavor straight to the taproom.

This entire dinner is a passion project from Chef Kyle and our kitchen squad, built to be bold, indulgent, and unapologetically festive. Expect smoke, spice, rich gravies, and plates you’ll still be thinking about on Tuesday.

🍺 Optional beer pairing available, expertly curated by Head Brewer & Certified Cicerone® Ryno because Mardi Gras deserves a proper drinking plan.

Strawberry cheesecake-stuffed beignets, powdered sugar snowfall
This is a seated, ticketed experience with limited spots. No plastic beads required, but stretchy pants are encouraged. Come hungry, stay awhile, and start the year with a proper feast.
